My Quest for Justitce in America and what I found instead: Judge Michael R. Hogan sent me an altered hearing transcript.

Judge Hogan slammed and locked the Court's door to the disabled when he sustained Stephen Rickles' objection that "if you allow this witness to testify it will open the door for disabled people to sue us."

Judge Michael R. Hogan then ordered stenographer Deb Wilhelm to send me a transcript of the pre trial phone conference that took place at 1:19 pm on November 30, 2011.

The transcript that I received was not the same as the words that were spoken during that pre trial hearing.

The hearing was to address the motion for reconsideration that I had filed with the court after Judge Hogan excluded witnesses for the trial that were essential to prove a pattern of crimes against children by James Hackett and the Linn Benton Housing Authority, falsification of documents within the housing authority, the retaliation against me for reporting Mr. Hackett's crimes to HUD, the nexus between my disabilities and my requested accommodation and a deeply troubling pattern of prejudice against those with disabilities by James Hackett and the Linn Benton Housing Authority.

One of the witnesses that Judge Hogan excluded was Jim Gabbard. Jim Gabbard was my neighbor at Pickford/Leonard. Jim Gabbard is a veteran. He is severely disabled and was treated horribly by defendant James Hackett. On November 30th I argued the importance of allowing Jim Gabbard to testify to show the jury a pattern by the defendants of discrimination against those with disabilities.

After I made this argument during the telephone hearing, Stephen Rickles objected and told Judge Hogan loudly and clearly that if he (Judge Hogan) were to allow Jim Gabbard to testify during the trial it "will open the door for disabled people to sue us." ("us" is the Housing Authority Risk and Retention Pool that serves four states and pays for Mr. Rickles)

Judge Hogan then said: "Objection sustained."

On Thursday, December 1, 2011, I filed an objection with the court to Judge Hogan's exclusions made during the hearing on November 30, 2011. I emphasized that I was appalled at the discriminatory objection made by Stephen Rickles about Jim Gabbard.

On Saturday, December 3, 2011 Deb Wilhelm emailed me a transcript of the telephone hearing -- Stephen Rickles' discriminatory remarks to which Judge Hogan concurred were omitted from that transcript.

Altering a transcript of a hearing is a crime.

I wrote Deb Wilhelm a letter requesting a corrected version of the transcript on December 7, 2011 and a second letter requesting a true copy of the digital recording made of the hearing on December 9, 2011.

On the morning of December 7, 2011 I met with a very kind FBI agent in Eugene to report the discriminatory remarks and Judge Hogan's rulings and the "omissions" in the transcript that I was provided. He photo copied the letter that I later gave Deb Wilhelm asking for a corrected transcript.

The FBI in another state told me to get back to them if Oregon's FBI does not help me.

Today is January 1, 2011 and to date I have heard nothing back from Deb Wilhelm.
